FORMULA ONE

Another very special experience that I hope to one day continue is my Formula One Photography.

These photographs were taken during a Pirelli test day at Silverstone in the days after the GP. As a guest of Williams I took full advantage of my access as George Russell and Pierre Gasly stormed the track in their Williams and Red Bull cars respectively. Coming out of the day with some of my favorite motorsports pieces, the teams did not make it easy as the notorious secrecy of F1 was in full effect. However even with this I was able to squeeze into the edge of the garage at the perfect moment for George Russell to make eye contact with my lens from the cockpit. However, even my experience shooting LMP1 cars did not prepare me for the unparalleled speeds that these cars are able to achieve in the corners. I look forward to hopefully shooting the F1 much more in depth in the future.
